Database for Live - PHP Site

We want to add a database to our site. Our site is designed in PHP. We are hosted with [login to view URL] and would like to stay there if possible. All form data is currently being forwarded to email. We would like to our have users create, view, and login/out of the account, with email activation. Password / Username recover needs to be included for the user. The user account would list order number, order information and the status. Plus any other valuable information. Also using turing numbers or a similar validation system for login would be a plus. We have three different order types / forms. Each form would have its own numbering system. I.E. Form 1: AB200123 Form 2: CD200123 Form 3: EF200123 etc. We would like an email to be sent to the admin when any order has been placed. We would like to have an admin account with the availablity to update customer information and order status. High security / encryption for the database is a must. Examples / Demos would be much appreciated. Other additions to the above would be minor, except for any suggestions that you may have. Thank you.
