Cutstomize Search and filter bar and others

Problem: (1) Right now, my problem is search bar at "Home", "New", "Used" and "Rental" page, cannot search any result if I selected "All Categories". Need to fix this problem. Refer to image 1 , 2 and 3. (2) Right now, my category arrangement order is now, New at the top, followed by Rental and Used. I want to change it to New stay at the top, then followed by Used then only Rental at bottom. Refer to image 4 and 5 for existing order. (3) I need the suggested search keyword function for all search bar at "Home", "New" , "Used" and "Rental" page. Refer to image 6 then you will know what i want. Its just like what google search can do, but i want to the suggested keywords to show what is contain in my website only. (4) I want to add something to show in the area shown in image 7. The ad categories which is original template shown but now disappear. Refer to image 8, this is the things i want to show. (5) I want to change the search bar for "New", "Used" and "Rental" pages (image 9). I want it to have "Search for keywords" , "Price" dropdown selection, "Year" dropdown selection, "Hour Meter" dropdown selection. And the search result must be compatible with the selection to search for. Refer to Image10 and image11. (6) For the particular ads listing item, refer to image12. First, I want to change the spelling of "Machine Info" to "Machinery Info". And I want those who post the ads to fill in the information but shows at "Seller Info". Now we have only Email and name, but no company name, address and HP. I want it to be like this. Seller Info: Company Name: xxx Address: xxx Email: xxx Name: xxx HP (Mobile): xxxx Please quote me the above job. FYI I'm using classipress template.
