Customer Database with email

The layout for this project has been created. I need the following added:

1)Form to collect: First and Last name, Address, Phone number, email, Year, Make, Model(Cars and Trucks), Tire Size, and additional comments.

2)Quote or Estimate storage with “Good, Better and Best options” to email to customers.

3)When customer chooses Good, Better, or Best Option I need to turn that into an invoice and email to customer with an invoice number.

4)I will need invoice numbers and the original quote saved to each customer.

5)I have a list of install locations with store numbers and zip codes, I will need to look these up by store number AND/OR zip code.

6)I am only charging a fee for finding the tires, which will NOT be a line item but will be taken off the top, the remainder will be billed at the install location. I will keep track of all records including price paid to my company and to the installer.

7)I am selling Alignments(variable rate to be changed), Mount and Balance(variable rate to be changed), Road Hazard Warranty(variable rate to be changed) and Tires(many different prices).

8)Tires must be easily added as products while on the phone with customer. Time is important here.(copying from vendors website, preferably 1 text field input)

9)2 Levels of operation 1. “Admin” full control 2. “Sales” Add options only(no edit or delete this will be reserved for admin only)

10)I need to be able to print Estimates and Invoices as well(can be pdf but must be printer friendly with logo and phone number.)

11)Customer payment will take place over the phone and we will receive a “payment approval number” that will accompany the invoice.

12)Each invoice once paid will be emailed to 3 addresses 1) myself 2)the customer 3)the dispatch for the tires. These emails must include ALL info especially the install location.
