Custom PHP, MySQL Project

I tried another programmer for this project and it was a disaster. I am going to try this one more time. There will be 10 different product catagories and a different display for each one. Some of the fields are are the same for ecery page but some are not. Admin Area:; There will need to be an admin area will allow the customer to enter each type of product with a different form for each product. Upload a product image, delete it, and select exsisting image for each product. I will pay $600 and not a penny more. You will have to complete this fast!!!!! Must be able to follow instructions. If this is done to my satisfaction, you will get tons of work. Also, I will not pay until I see some kind of working version on your server. Then I will pay half and the balance upon the completion. Maust have AOL and be available to communicate throughout the day. Please be sure you can hadle this progect fast and not waste my time.
