Custom CRE Loaded Template - PSD - Code - Complete

I need a custom CRE Loaded template. I have a competitors website that I like, so that will give you the design idea. I may be able to provide a PSD file, I am working on that right now. This template MUST be able to function with CRE Loaded 6.5.1 in order for you to bid on the project. No newbies to CRE please! I am on a very strict time limit here! You know all of the details if you know CRE. I have to see examples of your past work. Please provide links to active CRE sites or examples of your work in your bids. Thank you!
