Crowdsource Website

We are looking for an experienced developer(s) that can design and develop a crowdsourcing web application. The envisioned project is a web based crowdsourcing platform, where users can both create projects and crowdsource the tasks to others, as well as accept tasks from project owners. Our primary objective is to build a web based application focused on providing a crowdsourcing platform. This platform will benefit two users, Project Owners and Resources. Project Owners can create a project, identify tasks for the project, and freely outsource the project to others. A Project Owner will be able to chosse if the project is a contest or contract. Project owners will have the option to either publicly or privately crowdsource their project. If public crowdsourcing is requested anyone will be able to freely accept or submit towards the project. If the private option is chosen the project owner may specify who they would like to crowdsource directly too. Likewise Resources will be able to identify their project skills, experience, and education and either wait to be accepted or choose public projects to work on.
