Create a website for gathering leads and interested people (bid on this one)

I want you to design and create a website that will be used to gather leads. The aim are to easily gather cold leads and get them in database and make further contact easy. So the keyword for the site is making timeconsuming administration easy and automatic, proffesionally look. So you also need to ad feature I do not mention. The site will be used togheter with internet ads. Quality: - Use freelancer.com forms, features text etc as standard. - Use same width of mainbody as freelancer.com. - Admin should be able to change main background and logo. Service: - people can sign up if interested to invest or have project to invest in: Register mail, Name, adresse, country, choose amount of investment they are willingly to invest (admin be able to create a list of amounts that he can change of his liking), background (textfield where user can write about backgrounfd, investment stratetgy, willinglyness and other). Agree on Terms of Use upon sign up. Confirmation page when succesful registration. Member need to verify with link in received in mail. Confirmation page that they are succesfully added to the list of investors. - Admin can set up standard messages in confirmation mails etc. - Admin can change terms of use ( upon change a old copy is always saved). - admin can create projects( investments opportunities (only available for members). - Admin can crate contests, and select mailinglist based on gender, age, amount willingly to invest in good projects). - Admin can send mail to members. - Admin can select members based on their investment amount, and mail them link to selected project. Page set up: - Look at the attachment. - ordinary technology as captcha, login/log out, websecurity (forms etc), login pages not accesible from nonmembers and google and other third parties. - I want listing of images i.e in project description contain professionally scripts thatdo presentations in a tastefully way.
