Course material sharing portal for students

This is going to be a educational material sharing portal for the students of certain university. I will provide detailed documentation for each and every aspect and element of this project, including mockups drawn in paint so that you know how I want it to basically look. On this website users will be able to: -Register and Login -Fill out their profile information -Add certain courses to their profile -View all documents related to that course -Preview any documents (mostly pdf) within the website (an iframe or something like that in the middle for full document view, do it using no flash flash) -Request materials for that course (something like a small survey on the right sidebar) -Upload materials and gain credit -Download materials using accumulated credit on their profile -Order materials to be printed -comment on any document or report any document Administrators must be able to: -assign certain user as an administrator and set their privileges/authorities -create new departments and new courses under those departments -view status of material supply of all courses and departments - ban members or limit member’s access to materials based on department, course or material type -change credit amount on any member’s account - approve/remove comments/reports -hide any document from members access -able to set credit reward for upload of certain type of materials for certain course of certain departments
