I am wanting to create a website / application to fill out the attached property forms while away from the office and have them distributed and saved in an efficient way. There are three forms that need to be populated with information, some info will appear on all three forms so auto population of data from one form to the other will be required. Some data will need to be typed in to the application and some will come from other websites.
The project is to convert the attached hard copy form into a form that can be filled in via tablet computer.
• Management Authority
• Tenancy Agreement
• Bond Form – information from tenancy agreement to automatically transfer to bond form – e.g. address of property, landlord name, tenant name.
Application capability
Fill in forms with typing from keypad.
Ticks to appear in boxes for yes / no questions – e.g. is this a bond for?
Signature to be written by hand from tablet computer.
Forms to be converted into pdf, saved and emailed.
Up to 2 landlord names and 4 tenant names to be included on the forms.
Some data may be auto populated / taken from a third party website - syst
The forms must appear identical to that attached when printed.
Property Inspection page on tenancy agreement
To have ticks in all boxes for L/L or T boxes – these ticks should be added or removed by touching the app on the tick.
Administration section
Data on each property address, landlord and tenant to be collected and stored in a database that can later be exported to csv file.
