Convert Foxpro App to Web App

Our client has a working Foxpro Application for their business, which they want to convert into a Web Based Application with existing / add on features. In order to initiate the work, we currently require a working demo of a part of the software module. This demo would incorporate ONE data entry screen and we would require the data to reflect across the Accounts section. This is a Transport Company and involves management of their transport vehicles across India. The main work would be a comprehensive web app, which would be available to develop only after the client is satisfied with the working demo of this section. I would prefer bids which are accompanied with screenshots / working demos of what is required in the current project. Once the project is approved by the client and we negotiate the complete task with the client, the entire web app would need to be developed and we would then require a team of at least 6 individuals for approximately 3-4 months working full time on this project. The screenshots attached here are of the currently working local app. These screenshots display the currently available modules (which would be required to be converted at a later stage), and the screenshot of the data entry page that we require for this demo project. The data entered in this form would need to be reflected correctly in respective areas of the accounts section and hence, knowledge of Accounts and Accounting software is a must for this application. We expect the freelancer to understand the basics of Accounting and which type of entry should reflect in which section of the Accounts deptt. For the main project, the freelancer team / organization would have to sign a NDA before commencing the work.
