Convert Existing Php Store Locator Script into Joomla Component

Hello, there’s an existing open source PHP Store Locator Script, it’s a GPL Software. I need it converted over into a Joomla Component or Mambot, so I can pull it’s operations into the body content of my website and manage the settings with the Joomla Administrator.
