I manage a music website that sources music from all over the world. I would like to build a simple portal where people can do the following:
1) Submit their personal / business data
2) Add their music files, either as individual mp3s or zip files
3) Read and acknowledge the terms of our agreement
4) Upload their content to a place where we can easily download it.
