Consultancy Services: voice recording site(Ready Script: OK)

Need a website for consultancy service that uses Recorded Messages in/out. the application will serve for voice recorded dream interpretation: 1-The user will register, then select registration plan option (one time, one month, or one year plan). The user will get a personal page. 2- He/she will record their dream (what they have seen) as a voice message that will be recorded on the server. 3-Then I will reply to the user with a voice recorded message that will be stored at the user's page. 4- Each user has his own page where all his dreams are recorded, and all interpretations to the dreams are recorded as well. 5- Community/group on site is required. * Membership plan: 1month or 1year membership * The user is allowed to record one dream per day for interpretion. * Elegant look, smart app, and user friendly. * the application is for Arab/English users.
