Cloud Based CRM - We Need it Built from Scratch

We are looking to build a cloud based CRM system in asp.net or php. This is system is being built from scratch and we need a company that can build it right the first time. Developer must have a proven track history of working on database development projects. Examples of your work will be requested. Currently we are working on the design and layout of how we want it to look, now we need to find a developer that can build it. Here are some of the parameters that we are looking for: - CRM Database that is scalable. Initially, we are looking for it to house about 100 users but we are looking for it to be easily scalable to 1000 users. - Customizable by the user, where the user can alter the names and content of certain fields - Google calander sync - Mailchimp Sync - Notes section - Lists of Contacts under main profile - File storage - To-Dos with reminder ability via email and in system - Deals section where users can record and track deals in the system - Must allow for multiple users under one main user - Reports - Ability to print reports based on certain critera choosen by the user - Tags - Ability to sign tags to a lead for sorting on the fly This is rough estimate of what we want done. As we continue to build the layout, we will specify exactly what we want in more detail. If you are confident you can build this system from the ground up, please apply.
