Cakephp expert needed for Menu and Admin Fixes

I need a Cakephp expert to fix The following for my website:

1. Left Menu Bar Fixes:

a) If I click on a category and item, the cursor will always go back to the top category instead of staying in the same category. It is very inconvenient to find the category I chose previously.

b) When we put in a long category or item name, if the name is too long, it does not space properly but overlaps with the next item or category.

c) When viewing the left category menu bar, having a lot of items under category will hide and/or cut off the rest of the categories at the bottom.

2. Admin page fixes:

a) Description for items do not have line breaks. Does not show on the front end despite using enter.

b) The item photos are all panorama images. However, some of my items are not meant for panorama (moving picture). I need another option in admin to upload my pictures as regular jpg files in the same space. (If i use panorama photo with only still jpg picture, the photo constantly moves and makes duplicate of same product). I want to have BOTH options to upload in my item photo page so that I can either have panorama photo OR regular photo (not moving) of item.

c) On the main page, we have four photos. However, when I tried to edit to another main photo, it does not change. I cannot change any of the four main photos on the home page.

d). Choice to add google sketchup in new top category page or other html / embeded things easily

e) Cannot change username/ password on admin page. Need to fix.
