Cache Website So it Loads Faster

$50 Max for this. Bid cheaper if you priority. Adding a couple scripts

is a hour or so of work. I'm just on a big project right now.

I have a custom coded site. Its built with a few different open-source scripts

and works fine except for the fact that there are some page loading delays.

The site is on VPS and the host said:

"It does look like your apache is built with mod_cache support -

[url removed, login to view]

and I do know there are various PHP-level cache classes - for example:

[url removed, login to view]

These would require custom coding / setup to integrate with

your application."

So I need someone to set things up to cache and load very fast. If the site does not

load fast, then the project will not be deemed complete.

Because this is quite small for 1 project, same person will need to know some basic

flash. I need a couple buttons removed in flash and a link edited. Yes, I have flash

source files.
