Built a paid quiz site for Learning Drivers - repost

We need a trusted and reliable web developer to develop a web application, The application we are looking to develop is that of simillar to [login to view URL] Basic Information : SGDRIVERSHUB would be a site which would allow users to prepare for their pre-driving test , in singapore it is a regulatory requirement for drivers to pass 2 theory test which are the basic theory test and final theory test , in order to prepare for this test we intend to have a website which customers can visit to prepare and test their understanding prior to taking the actual test LOGIN Functionality Login using email & password method Login using facebook Login using twitter Payment wise Customers may choose to make payment via paypal For paypal payment there needs to be an auto recurring payment so their site subscription never ends unless they terminate it. OR Bank transfer to our account, - Once we have received bank transfer payment we would then grant them access to the particular quiz from the back end system . Once they have paid the fee to access the quiz category , they would only be granted access to the particular quiz for 30 days , after which access would have to be automatically denied and customer would be prompted to re-subscribe to be granted access to the quiz We need to be able to add questions for the particular quiz from the back end system Customers can select to do all the questions in the quiz simultaneously, or select one of the following number of questions to do at one particular time 10 , 20 , 30 , 40 , 50 Customers would then be able to review the results of their attempts - the total score and a review of which answer is the correct answer for the questions they got wrong. They can be given an option to publish their scores to their facebook timeline . On the front page of the site we want to have the following features A facebook like functionality (appendix 1) A score board showing who scored the highest - with their profile picture displayed A small corner showing the latest traffic news, get the news automatically through this site - [login to view URL] A small corner allowing users to browse through the singapore road webcam view ,get the pictures automatically through this site - [login to view URL] A section where we can publish news. DESIGN WISE You are free to design the site creatively , we do not want any simple basic pages , we want the site to look unique and nice Play around with the concept of learning how to drive & try to make the site interesting. FYI -> Appendix 2 , 3 , 4 are sample design from our competitors site , we do not want it to look like that . Their design is just too boring FOLLOWUP Who ever completes this project and does a good job with regards to this task would be given an opportunity to work on a bigger project.
