Build a website

my website was created with Microsoft 365, unfortunately Micrsoft 365 platform has many limitation to what I can add to it. that's why I am looking for a different CMS platform such as Joomla or anything that is more flexible than Microsoft 365. my website is hosted by Melbourne IT, but I am willing to move it to a different host if this will be convenient for the new design or the new platform, Please advise on the best CMS platform to be used.
