There is complexities to this site that are not typical to standard website builds so please review docs attached before bidding. One attachment shows levels of authentication and security and the other is a full description. [login to view URL] is a 27 year old employment agency located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. One of the services we provide to our clients is payroll services for their independent contractors. We require a website containing a frontend design for employers and contractors, backend database, secured administrative area, secured Contractor area and secured employer area. Security will be a critical part of this website. The frontend design will include basic brochure-ware and can be based on a simple template design if you prefer. We expect the main pages to be splash (Home) page, employer page, Contractor page, about us, services, contact us. For examples of what we like go to [login to view URL] or slickify.com. You will see that clean simple design is what we prefer. The backend (please see attached files for detailed project outline) will include a higher than standard secured area, with HTTPS required as well as three levels of authentication and another level internally when processing information. There will be 3 secured areas that include account information, timesheets, invoicing, approval processes and reporting in the site.

Hi, I have reviewed the document and have few questions on the requirement. refer to the screenshot [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 1. Under employers there are two types of users Hiring manager who is a employee of the Employer/Company. One employer can have more than one hiring manager. 2. Under each company/employer there are multiple contractor company and each contractor company can have more than one worker working under the Employer? 3. Hiring manager is assigned with a particular contractor and he is able to access the data of that Contractor only? 4. All the Contractors working for a employer will have an account and from that account they will enter the time sheet? what is that contractor company does not have an account in the system? 5. In the screenshot there are two reference of Contractor and Sub contractor , one is under admin directly and the other under Employer. They are same? If not then which one gets the ability to sign up into the system? Thanks
