Build our auction-based gambling website

Hello, We are looking for a very skilled and creative individual or team of individuals who are willing to partner with me and my associate in the making of a fairly simple penny-auction type gambling website titled Loftybid.com. The original website will consist of only a few pages initially, but will require a few advanced features, and must run in real time. In order to fit the job description, you must: * Be able to use the English language effectively. * Have the ability to build a sleek and attractive website that's simple and easy to understand. * Be able to teach us how to maintain the website and stay in communication with us for future updates and tweaks. * Have time to invest into the project. * Must express an interest in the idea and be able to improve on it, if necessary. The main components that this website must have: * Ability for users to make accounts. * Ability for users to import money into their account via PayPal. * Ability for users to withdraw their winnings via PayPal. * An auction system similar to previous "penny-auction" websites, updated in real time. The designer/programmer(s) will need to be able to read the documentation and concept art we've developed that more thoroughly explains the website, how it works, and how it will be laid out. They will need to take that information and use their best judgement to make the website as we imagine it. I will be messaging and talking to anyone interested in working with us. Things like budget can be negotiated, and things like commission can be discussed.
