Build and edit wordpress sites

I am looking to someone to make one template for two different sites and to edit another wordpress site. The template will be very simple. And will only need a small bit of simple graphic design on each site. Very simular to [login to view URL] The editing on the other wordpress site will be more difficult and applicants will need a good knowledge of wordpress and graphic design. The site that need to be edited is www.custommade.ie. Banners will need to made, sub pages simular to http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/9512/hash+browns will need to be added A knowledge of Seo important and each site will need - Titles Tags Optimization, Description Meta Tags Optimization, Keyword Meta Tags Optimization, Heading Tags Optimization, Main Sitemap This work will need to start straight away.
