Build a database query website - repost

I want to build a database and query website with the following functions: 1. It has a form to collect user information. 2. It also provides the option for the users to create an account to save their information, so they do not have to re-fill the forms the next time they log on. But they have the capability to modify the information saved in their accounts. 2. The collected user information will be saved in a database and then used to automatically fill out similar forms on several other websites. 3. The other websites are competitive companies that provide forms on their websites for customers to fill in and after the forms are submitted they will return a quote for the service and also a link to further purchase the service. I want to be able to automatically fill out and submit the forms on these competitive companies' websites using the customer info I collected from my website. And then I want to return the quote and also the purchasing link to my website. 4. I understand that the forms on the competitive companies' websites may change over time, so I want to have the flexibility to update the form on my website, to add or remove websites I would like to query, and to modify the behind-the-scene query based on the change.
