Build a Website - Redo a WordPress Website

I have a WordPress based website which I would like redone. now I am only looking for experts here. I would like this done within 24 hours, the website has like 8 pages all simple generic content. The most complicated ting on the website is probably a Newsletter sign up section. You will need to integrate various pictures and such I have. All work need to be done on my server. I will provide you with the dummy domain. I will create a $25.00 USD milestone and will not release any money until final completion. Again if you can do this within 24 hours and if you cannot give me a reasonable price do not bid. Also do not bid if you need the money urgently, I will go through the work give you changes if they need to be done and then release money I do not have nor the time nor patients to deal with those who keep asking for milestone release. Also just because this project have a wide range of a budget does not mean I am willing to pay the maximum assess everything i have written and then get back to me. If you copy and paste me anything you will be ignored and reported, include the word strict in your message me me. I am not looking for brand new freelancers. Thanks.
