Build Online Resume Builder and Search Database (

This is a very big project. i need an online resume builder and database search made. I currently have an online resume built, and you can use some of it's coding if you want, when building this new builder since part of them are very similar. Looking for a PHP Expert in Eastern Europe or Russia This is a rather complicated job. Expert experience needed in: - PHP/Yii/MySQL - jQuery - jQuery UI - requirejs - Backbone/Underscore/Marionette When selected, ill give you a detailed doc along with a JPG template for it to look like. You will need to create the front end HTML/CSS, and the entire real-time' action of making, along with the backend coding and database. For this builder, it will be free, and people will be able to drag/drop different 'sections' into their resume. Also they can choose fonts and spacing. We also have a dropdown of resume 'templates' that they can adapt to their current resume just by clicking the resume thumbnail. So we will need to code about 12 templates that members can choose from. Within each template, that same style will be applied to every section they drag in, like 'Education', or 'Employment' or 'Skills'. Each resume will have it's own URL that members can customize, and this URL will be on a different domain that the resume builder is on. The second part of this project is a public resume database that employees can use to search for resumes that are built using the builder you just created! This also will be a public, free service on a different URL. That site's frontend is created, so you just need to put life into it. Members using the resume builder will be able to login using just a email/password, or they can login with their facebook, twitter, or google+ accounts, but we need their email address and a password from them in order to create their account, which allows them to save each resume they build. Other features are 'previewing', downloading in doc and pdf format, emailing, sharing, printing, and faxing it (i have a 3rd party tool that does faxing) When actually adding to their content, they click a section in their resume, like 'Education', and an "in-screen' pops up while the background dims, and in this popup they can add, change, or remove content. Outside this, they can drag/drop sections up and down within their resume.
