Brand new project and new concept for online work

This is a brand new project we are working on. It's a new approach on online work and multitasking. Further details will be discussed with the winning freelancers, as there are confidentiality clauses which need to be fulfilled. What we are looking for is someone with enough skills and creativity to help us with our project, someone who is willing to put in hard work in our new website and mobile/tablet app. If you can do both parts it will be great. If not, we will be looking soon for someone to do the mobile/tablet app. We will be starting from scratch, we have a general idea and project of what we're going to do, but we are open tu suggestions and you can improve it as much as you like. There is no deadline. Experience is not necessarily a must, you can even be a startup programmer/designer, but you have to know what you're doing. What you need to do is implement the design according to my specifications (we will discuss this part too) and make the website according to the general idea.
