Auction website needed

hi, i want someone to create me a website with similar features as freelancer.com but this website will not be used for freelancing but for an auction style website like ebay. it is very important that the finished website has very similar features like - *people can bid and post products for sale * people can send milestone payments for their products they won ect *dashboards for customers (sellers and buyers) i also want the winner of this project to help me bring publicity to my site aswell as good google ranking!
