This system is a document storage website. This is for real estate business. Documents (pdf and jpg files only) will be stored under Property Addresses as main folder. There will be users that can invite other users for specific rolls. There will be a admin that will be able to see all folders to pull reports etc. Primary user will create the Property Folder first, then add users to view items in the folder. Some users will be restricted to see certain information. Users will also be able to communicate with other specific users by sending emails directly to the specified user(s). Users will select type of document they are uploading for storage from a drop down menu. Drop down menu will be specific to the roll of that user.
System to include:
a) User input important dates for a transaction. System will automatically email specified users of these upcoming important dates.
b) System needs to include a marketing system (email types of users for specific markets)
c) Scalable from 100 users to 1,000,000 users.
d) System needs to include ecommerce to bill on a monthly basis automatically
e) The stored information must be able to be extracted and reports can be pulled for any specific data by the admin
This is a very broad description but it is the bulk of what is needed. There will be other functions added but for now this will get things going.
