Adsense Money Making Website

Hello. I am looking for a website to be built that will earn me around $20 per day. The website can be anything that you require (but has to be accepted by me first) as long as is legal to to google adsense terms and conditions. All traffic to the site must be from white hat techniques, and again, everything must adhere to google terms. A milestone payment will not be required, as the money will be paid for the site once the site has earned $20 a day on average over 15 days. The acount then has to stay live and not be shut down by google. If you would rather build a site to make money another way such as clickbank or amazon etc, the i am happy to hear. Please note, everything has to be legal. The price must include hosting for the year. The copywrite to the site must be signed over to me. All graphics, and text etc must be made by yourselves. Once the site is earning the right money, all info on where traffic is from, and how to keep the traffic coming is to be given to me. Once the hosting is over, after the year, i am able to move the site for free if i need to.
