Add chatbox to a website/page

Hello. I got a website and i want to add a chatbox in it. The page is here: [login to view URL] What i want, the player at the top to be at the place where it is. The chatbox should take the place of the picture at the left-middle and of the dvertisments right-middle (yellow rectangle at the picture i have attached) At the footer, the photo-link should be replaced with advertisments by google (green rectangle at the picture i have attached The chatbox should 1) not be autojoin, if the user presses a button that will be called "[login to view URL] chatbox" then he will ask him to instert a nickname and after it, it will join the actual chat. 2) colours of the chatbox should match the overall page 3) it should also be a administrator-panel where 2-3 users will have permissions to block names,ips and restrict some various words. 4) NOT have sound. 5) the user can chat at the chatroom and also have the opportunity to talk privately to any other person that is online the chat. Thats all i need. PS: No milestones will be added, fully payment after the project is done.
