Add Wordpress Articles section to existing HTML website

The website I'm working on is [login to view URL], which is written in HTML. I want to add limited Wordpress functionality to this website, by converting the HTML on the following pages to Wordpress theme: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I want to be clear that I don't want all these three pages converted to Wordpress. I just want you to use the HTML design of these 3 pages to make the Wordpress theme. What you need to do is to make a new section of the website called "News and Articles" and all the following articles will be converted to Wordpress, using the three designs above: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] You can pick any of the three designs above to convert the articles, as long as I can easily change them later. For the current articles in HTML, please add a "301 redirect" so that the new Wordpress pages will be easily found. We will need a new "News and Articles" page so that our clients can easily navigate to all the articles by category, by tag, by most recent, etc. I will send you the design for this page in PSD format if your bid is accepted.
