1 -I want a SQL Database with Front-end PHP to be used as the separate module for preliminary diagnosis/symptom checker for the website, where the user would be asked some questions regarding common illnesses he/she experienced in the past or experiencing now which would then extract the data from SQL Database from back-end and displayed with recommended doctors along with contact details based on their nearest location. The SQL Database should be able to retain information related to Doctors, Patients, diagnosis. The Software expert should use his expertise and experience here of how to achieve this objective plus what tables and form would be used and designed to fulfill the requirements.
2 - I want Web Scraping/Web Crawling programming code done in PHP Language as separate module for data extraction from other websites which are related to healthcare, just to show that this technique can also be used to get data automatically from different sources. The extracted data can be in form of healthcare news, article, drug facts and usage and can be shown on the website online.
