database conection syntax help

I need someone to provide me with a couple samples using eMbedded Visual Basic 3.0 and ADOCE to connect to a database, insert data, and retrieve data programatically.

The examples would need to be well documented and I would like the person to be willing to answer a couple of related questions if I have any. I am looking for this immediately. I am programming for a PocketPC 2002 platform, but the code samples must also work for PocketPC 2003.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
