a Visual basic front end for Hspice

Hi folks, i need a small Visual basic interface for Hspice Goal of the project is to create a vb front end. Dont need to go into too much detail for cct design. Must be able to: 1) read in components and set parameters 2) Be able to draw the cct. 3)Output result using an attached multimeter. Must include doumentation of how program operates. Program required ASAP ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Run on windows XP, using visal basic 6.0
