Default Template for MS Exchange

Background: This is a small office LAN with a MS Window network. Email runs on MS Exchange 5.5 on Windows 2000 and all clients use Outlook as their email package. There is only one domain. All users are in one group only, in other words - there are no complications with Windows permissions. Here are the basic requirements: 1/ A simple HTML template should be used to create all new email messages. I need to know where to put this template and how to configure the Exchange server to make all clients use this template. 2/ I need to set a button on Outlook which would enable to save incoming messages into an "Archive" folder on the server. The folder is RW to all domain users. Few other simple requirements will follow for the successful bidder. It is anticipated that bidders would have a similar setup available and be able to give detailed instructions on how to modify configuration and where required will be able to deliver code to modify email clients or templates. ## Deliverables 1) Give detailed instructions to modify configuration of server as required. 2) Deliver code/scripts as required. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 2000/MS Exchange/Outlook 2000
