Data Sources VB.NET (2005) and ADO.NET

MUST see attached GUI images! The (exe) program should be able to create connections to various databases, excel, txt files and store all these settings in a SQL Db. These will be used later on by us to retrieve data from the specified items, for example, if we have a definition which should retrieve data from an Access Db, we call the DataSource / connection name saved in the SQL Db (by your program) which should connect and retrieve data. - All to be done in VB.Net and ADO.NET. - Use attached images for GUI and replicate all options (if not tell us the reason so we can approve this first) - Standard controls only! Very important: Do not use any third party controls unless APPROVED by us first!!! Program to be able to create connection ONLY to: 1. SQL Database (2000,2005), 2. MS Access Db (2000+), 3. Oracle Database, 4. MS Excel (2000+), 5. Text file (csv, tab delimited - with 2 columns) (IGNORE OTHER ITEMS ON THE IMAGES ATTACHED!) Save all user settings in a SQL db (use msde/express/SQL instance) 1. Use Single Table “DataSources?? to store all user data (see forms below) 2. Db schema ??" up to you to create what you need to store! 3. Option to “Ignore blank values?? from various databases and lists must be included on the user interface 4. Ability to edit any labels (data source/connection labels) - so use Id fields as well as description fields in your Db schema to allow this. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
