Data Manipulation

Pulling data from one file and making three different files. Start with an [login to view URL] file with (x,y) demensions and create a [login to view URL] file and two .art (top&bot)files. I would also like the ability to use a multiplier to increase (x,y), in the [login to view URL], size. I would like to be able to select the .asc file, then fill in the multplier, then prees a run button. Then in a folder have stored the .txt file and the two .art files. The art files should be separated by top and bottom as designated by the .asc file. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform I would like it done in vb, but speed is the most important thing here. It needs to run in windows. It needs to look nice and presentable.
