Certificates Database

I need a database to store sensor’s test values and print certificates for each sensor in a Sales Order line. Each sensor has a unique serial number and its own test values. We have many model numbers for standard sensors, for non-standard sensors the model number changes. We want a program preferable in MS Access (possible in Visual Basic if Access cannot handle it) that capture Sales Order number, customer name, model number(s), quantity, and ship date. Most sales orders have one line item ??" one model number, but some of them have 2 or three line items. Example: A customer ordered 10 units of 9650/E1005 (model number). We want to be able to store each sensor serial number and test values and print a certificate for each unit. Basic information about this model number should be there; this information is same for all 10 units. The only unique information for each one of them is the serial number (no duplicates) and the final test values. We want to be able to print all 10 certificates at once, not one by one. In some cases when we search for a specific serial number, we want to be able to print the certificate for this sensor. See attachment for more details... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
