Betfair Exchange Poker Screen Scraper

I need a small component, which can screen scrape the poker game on betfair's new [login to view URL] web site. I also need the component to be able to place bets. The component should have an interface, which can be accessed from either C# (i.e. a .Net component) or VB6 (i.e. a COM component). The component should raise events to my client (which I will be writing), passing the latest set of betting (details to follow). The component should also have a few transcational methods such as placeBet(), updateBet() and cancelBet() I need this done as soon as possible. You have to be able to prove to me that you already know how to screen scrape AND place bets on betfair. IMPORTANT: This project will NOT be using the Betfair API (BDP Program) because the beftair games poker game does not support the API.
