Backup Software Modification and Update

I have a Visual Basic source code program that was never completed. It will backup data to a USB drive or to a Network drive. The program works but I need some additional features added and it turned into more of a professional looking program. Currently the program will backup at a fixed time or every xx hours. The interface to add files is not very good and will not accept drag and drop. Here is a listing of features that need to be added, there are a few more but this is the major ones: Backup at fixed time every day/week/month(currently only does it on a day by day basis) Backup every fixed amount of time in hrs/mins(does this currently) Create a special backup option where the user has to press a button and it will backup the selected contents to the destination folder but split it into 4.3gig chunks in folders maintaining directory structure and numbered 0001, 0002 etc. This will allow a drive to be chunked into DVD size folders Basically it copies a drive into dvd burnable sizes. Must backup to usb, local drive and over network. Add a Mirror option which syncs files, this would do a compare between source and destination and copy changed files from the source to the destination by overwriting any files that were changed in the source. On demand Full backup(press a button and source is backed up to destination regardless of archive bit setting) Add drag and drop functionality for backup section To backup files, user should be able to drag and drop into a list or to select a drive, multiple drives, a folder or multiple folders. Current file addition system is unacceptable. The interface needs to look a little better, some nicer buttons ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Visual Basic, Win XP/2k
