(20 points) Database Design: Normalization
1. Good database design must be matched to good table structures. In Chapter 6 you have learned to evaluate and design good table structures to control data redundancies, thereby avoiding data anomalies. The process that yields such desirable results is known as normalization.
2. Suppose that you have been hired by a construction company. The CEO of the company asks you to create a database system to manage several building projects. Each project has its own project number, name, employees assigned to the project, and so on. Each employee has an employee number, name, and a job classification such as engineer, computer technician, and so on. The company charges its clients by billing the hours spent on each contract. The hourly billing rate is dependent on the employee's position. (For example, one hour of computer technician time is billed at a different rate than one hour of engineer time.) Periodically, a report is generated that contains the information displayed in the following table:

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
