ASP.NET MVC Project - Employee Sign Up For Overtime

I am looking for an ASP.NET MVC project where an employee can sign in using forms authentication and volunteer for over time.

There are 3 shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd). An employee can belong to 1 shift and only 1 shift. They can sign up for over time to work before their shift or after their shift or both. They can sign up for overttime up to two weeks out by logging in the system and choosing dates from a calendar.

Then I want a supervisor to be able to login and view who is available to work overtime.
