I need a fully functional social networking site that is a cross betwen Digg and Youtube built. I have over 7 pages of directions written out for you to use as a guide. In addition, I have multiple website layout pages as a reference. Most of the functions will be the same as on Digg and Youtube. The site should be built the same way as Digg and Youtube are built. The site will not utilize video. I will need the selected coder to include all comment tags into the code. Although I would like to continue working with the selected coder, I need the comments in case we choose not to work together in the future. There will be 3 phases: 1. Send me a site design for approval 2. Code the site w/comment tags included in the code 3. Buid the web site itself Although I am a new buyer on Rent a Coder, I am not new to building web sites. I own over 30 websites and have the resources to fund, launch and support this project. Please make sure you are qualified to bid, I am not looking for sloppy work. I am willing to pay for a quality site here. Feel free to ask me any questions. Thanks
