Creation of Site CSS Theme

I need a CSS theme for a web application that I have written. Basically I need you to look at my existing site, add some images/logos and rewrite the existing style sheets, using your advanced design sense. ## Deliverables The URL of my website is [login to view URL] You may check it out to see how well you can improve it. If you wish to log in as a user and see what it looks like from that point of view as well. That is fine. I would also like the optin form(currently on a separate signup page) available on the top page as well. I can move it to the jsp page, but will need you tell me how to mark it up. The whole point of the website is to get the user to fill in this form. So the position and appearance of this form is very important. It must be visible from above the fold (ie without scrolling). The site is also available in another language. In fact the English version may never be used. So please bear that in mind. Too much text in the images, will not be acceptable. I want the site to be clean colorful and simple. Preferably it should have the picture of a happy person, or character on the top page to invoke the trust of the web site visitor. Possibly I will use my picture. Please let me know what you have in mind for the site when tendering, eg telling me a similar site's look you intend to emulate. And please also provide examples of previous work. If you do a good job, I have another job, (slightly smaller) that I would like done also.
