You will need to add the navigation elements, created by our SitePress WP plugin to popular themes from [url removed, login to view], customize the navigation's CSS and describe how you did the customization and how to do such similar design.
## Deliverables
Our plugin ( [url removed, login to view] ) adds three navigation elements to themes:
1. Drop down top navigation
2. Breadcrumbs trail
3. Sidebar navigation
I want to show people how these navigation aids are used is WP themes optimally. For this, we will use popular themes from [url removed, login to view], which are free and open source, and add our navigation stuff on them.
We will do this work on 5 themes.
Your job would include:
1. Select 5 popular themes from wordpress.org. The themes must be adequate for running a full website and not just a blog (sometimes referred as CMS themes).
2. Add our navigation elements to these themes, including styling the navigation so that it matches each theme.
3. Write a short explanation, per theme, on how you've styled the navigation elements so that they match the theme and how you decided where in the theme to insert the navigation.
In addition to this, you should also write a guide for people who want to use the navigation functions in their own themes. You should explain how to change the CSS of the navigational elements and where to insert them in the theme. This would be a generic explanation, which would be complemented by the per-theme description of the customization.
The job includes both the theme design and writing. I need your explanations to be in publish-ready conditions. I will create a blog entry based on your description. The text must be written in conversational tone, intended for web designers. I expect that the documentation may need some screen shots in order to explain better. Please supply all screen shots as JPEG files, making it easier to create the final post for publishing.
All the themes must have valid HTML, passing W3 validation ([url removed, login to view]).
