Access Data Capture Tool

Hello coders, This project involves the first stage of the Access Data Capture Tool development. In short, there are 2 parts to this project stage: inputing the excell file into the Access database and creating the input form based on the Excell file data. This should be an easy project for the experienced Access database developer. Please bid only if you have excellent access experience and if you are sure that you will be able to complete the project before the deadline. the deadline is very short (2 days) since this is an urgent project. You will need to present me what you have done after the day 1 and complete the project on day 2. For project details, please see the attached files. The Word file will have the full project specifications. You will have to complete ONLY the parts highlighted in yellow, but read the whole document to understand the project. The second file is the excell file that will be used for download. What you will have to do is the following parts: 1) Excel File Download: fully complete this part and provide written instructions (steps) on how you load the excell file to the database. 2) Part Data Capture: create a prototype of this tool (Access input form) that will satisfy the specifications. Thank you and happy bidding. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
