AWS EC2 CLI API Expert Needed

Looking for an expert EC2 CLI API who can write simple interface to manage EC2 instances programatically under certain server process load conditions Script 1: Command to find current instance type and AMI used for the current instance, if current instance is micro instance then launch small instance using the same AMI, bind Elastic IP address to it after the instance is fully up and finally stop the current running instance Script 2: Create AMI for the current running EC2 instance via. CLI and then save the AMI to S3 storage I need above 2 simple AWS EC2 scripts executed from the EC2 instance itself Anyone who is an expert in Amazon EC2 can implement the script pretty easily..most likely the scripts are already present in Google Search, I just need quick solution so posting this task... Eligable bidder needs to know the following 1. Ofcourse AWS EC2 CLI API's 2. linux ksh/ruby/other scripting skills
