A checkout page bug on My Magento Store - Does not proceed to shipping method page

I have a bug in my magento store.
When I am checking out as a guest / first time signing up as a member, I can go through the entire checkout page and pay.
But when I have logged in and decide to check out, I can't reach the shipping method page. It always redirects me back to the Billing Page.
Would like to ask someone to fix this small bug for me.
