auction site advert refresher

we are selling products on Turkish auction site www.gittigidiyor.com. (it is bought by ebay)

We have more than 4000 adverts and they are growing as the product portfolio grows.

I want to create 5 folder. 1 folder per day. And for everyday i want to enter which product to refresh the add

When i click on that day, i want to see the details of thet that day to decide whether i need to change sth or not.

then i want all of the adverts to be refrehsed automaticly. They will go to new adverts section and then i will shut down the program and confirm the adverts manually from the browser by writing my credit card number.

Basicly i am lookin for an application that will save my advert refreshing time.
