I can try to fix problem with your currently IE, incase it's IE problem and cannot be fixed i can replace it with Chromium Embed browser. But since Chromium is not an ActiveX but stand alone (it means your app can run without Google Chrome install) it will have large size (about 20 mb more). Regards.

Hello, I have great experience in Delphi programming. I understand that you have working project with sources, which need to be upgraded. I can do this job, I've alredy used chromium in my projects. I have to analyze sources to identify problems with hanging, but from your description it sounds like web traffic is handled in main thread which is bad solution. Need to know more details regarding ad server, do you have access to it ? Best regards Mike
