Design a FloorPlan Tool for Wedding Site

Need an interactive floor plan tool for a wedding site. We have the paper version drawn (in PDF attached) but would like tables drawn to scale and would like a drag and drop feature for the tables of 4 different sizes--5ft round w chairs, 6ft round with chairs, choice of white or mahogany chairs, 6ft rectangular, and 8ft rectangular table sizes.
We have enough tables for 300 for all the sizes except the 8ft. rectangular (which we have 5 of.)
Also, we would like to offer several pre-drawn "suggestions: (reception for 125, reception for 150, reception for 200, reception for 250, using mostly the 5ft tables) Our prototype is similar to this site: [url removed, login to view]
